Northern Exposure is a brewery based in Stockholm, Sweden, founded in 2013 by two New Zealanders. Previously known as Nordic Kiwi Brewers, they saw the need to reposition themselves in the Swedish market with a change of name and more relatable identity. The result centres on the themes of discovery and the outdoors.

Focusing on limited-run brews, they strive to make their audience feel like they’re discovering something new. Each beer in this range is named after a spectacular landscape somewhere in the world. Emily designed cans featuring lush, moody collages.

Meanwhile, their core range – Sky, Land, Sea – is pared back and classic. In black and off-white, it closely mirrors the shapes in their logo symbol to increase brand recognition.

“It’s incredibly inspiring to work with Emily on creating our brand and coming up with fresh concepts as the years go by. She takes all of our ideas and forms them into something coherent and special.”
